The House Over the Stream is located on a meadow, about 100 meters (328 ft) from the Old House.
In the house there are 4 guest rooms, all en suite. On the ground ﬂoor our guests can relax in the common room and on the adjoining terrace and use a kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Also on the ground ﬂoor there is the spacious Wooden room, which is wheelchair accessible. Rooms Southern, Western and the little Room over the Porch are all in the attic.
Guests living in the House over the Stream are invited to join us for meals in the dining room in the Old House.
The Wooden Room is on the ground floor of the House over the Stream. It is a big spacious room with a double bed or two twin beds, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a small table. The spacious bathroom is wheelchair accessible. For details see Prices.
The Western Room is on the first floor of the House over the Stream. It is a spacious room suitable for a large family. There are 3 beds, 2 of which make a double bed, and a sofa bed. There is also a wardrobe, small table and two bedside tables. The comfortable bathroom has a shower with a deep tray.For details see Prices.
The Southern Room is on the first floor of the House over the Stream. It is a comfortable room with 2 beds and a bed sofa. The furniture also includes an old Lemko wardrobe made of cherry wood, a small chest of drawers and a table. While taking a bath in the bathroom you can admire the starlit sky. The Room over the Porch is on the first floor of the House over the Stream. It is a cozy little room with a double bed (160 cm wide), a small chest of drawers, bedside table and a table. The ensuite bathroom has a shower. For details see Prices.
The Common Room is on the ground floor of the House over the Stream. Originally it was the so called cold chamber in a Lemko house which is the base of the House over the Stream. The walls of these room are built from old logs. The date on the joist in 1891.
There is a sofa, cupboard and an old dowry chest used as a coffee table. The dowry chest is full of toys for small children and the terracotta floor is heated. There is also a wood burning stove, which is much appreciated on cold winter evenings.
On one side of the Common Room there is a bathroom with a shower and on the other a kitchenette.
In the kitchenette there is an electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge, drip coffee maker, kitchen utensils as well as coffee and tea.
From the Common Room you can enter a rather big roofed terrace, where you can relax with a cup of coffee on warm afternoons.
Those of our guests who enjoy getting up early may encounter roe deer grazing on our meadows.
