Welcome to our Dom na £±kach (Cottage-in-the-Meadows) - a tourist farm located in the beautiful Beskid Niski Mountains near Slovakian boarder.
The Beskid Niski is a land of low mountains, beautiful valleys and clean rivers. It is the longest mountain range in Poland and rather sparesly populated region in Poland. This is why nature here has preserved its original pure beauty. The forests are full of wild animals: deer, roe deer, wild boars, lynx and foxes. Sometimes you can come even across wolves. The meadows are full of herbs. Larks wake us up with their singing every morning. Other rare birds also like to visit us: black storks, ravens, columbines and some predatory birds.
Our meadows in summer time.
Dom na £±kach in winter.
The Beskid Niski is also connected with the tragic history of the Ruthenians (the £emko), who had lived in this land for ages before they were banished from it by the communists in 1947. The charming Orthodox churches with their beautiful old iconostases and historical wooden architecture in former £emko villages are the only traces of that culture.
If you search for a peace and quiet place, a break from everyday life you will find all of it
in our Dom na £±kach in the Beskid Niski.
